Lena is an accomplished business leader who is a strong advocate of customer-centricity, people development and diversity. Her wealth of expertise is honed from 33 years of driving positive impact and results in Sales and Marketing, Business Transformation, Business Strategy, People Development, as well as Sustainability.

Having led and grown businesses in SMEs ($200M) and MNCs ($1Billion) across industries, Lena is highly effective in exceeding financial goals, enabling strong partnerships, and executing change management. She is a veteran in engaging C-suites globally, having built an illustrious career in HP, Sony, and Citibank.

She graduated from University of Calgary, Canada, with an Economics Degree.

Chng Lai Hoon

Lai Hoon has more than 25 years of experience partnering entrepreneurs to achieve their major business growth milestones. She was instrumental in transforming a local printing company into a multimedia firm listed on the SGX, supporting an Asia-based confectionery company’s global expansion into a $1.7B enterprise, and successfully divesting a cocoa ingredient business for over $800M.

A visionary advisor, Lai Hoon believes in leveraging finance to help businesses especially SMEs build strong systems, develop talent, and create sustainable and resilient business models.

She is a Chartered Accountant with a Masters Degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
